“Your dad is a yoga teacher?!?” Yep, attorney by day, yoga teacher by night. I’ve been practicing law since 1995. In June 2016, I began teaching yoga in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I regularly send out emails about yoga/meditation/mindfulness and lawyer well-being, geared towards attorneys and beneficial for everyone. All come with a personal touch. If you know me, you know it’s me.

Here are some unsolicited comments by real people, not robots (and only one is an attorney):

“I love reading your stuff – always makes me smile and laugh. Thanks for that!”

“Thanks for the blogs – they keep me thinking about new things and attitudes.”

“Just want to say thanks for the email newsletter. I love it. I think you are doing fantastic work for our community. Some people may not be ready for the message but you are planting the seeds.”

“I am addicted to my phone. I read all day long. Your emails are one of the few things I read that make me laugh out loud. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!”

And other people don’t say anything – they just unsubscribe.

The sign-up for emails is on the home page – give it a try.
