NOTE: Room change for January 21 and 28. Room A410, which is a conference room on the fourth floor of the Administration tower of the Hennepin County Government Center. This requires you to pass through the weapons screening, so bring your yoga mat and leave your nunchucks at your desk.

I teach a weekly class in downtown Minneapolis.

When – Tuesdays, 12:10 pm to 12:55 pm

Where – Hennepin County Government Center, A-Level, Room A0723. From the street level on the fountain side of the building, take the down escalator and walk to the right, between the tiny lunchroom and the vending machines. Look for this secret sign on the door.

Cost – $14 is the drop-in rate.

You will save money if you commit to a six-week session. Six classes for $78 ($13/class). If you can’t make all classes, then the rates are calculated at $14/class. Cash or check payable to “Fit to Live.”

A new six-week session begins January 21, 2020.

Type of class – The type where you leave feeling better than when you came in. Suitable for all levels, even the absolute beginner. Go watch my yoga videos on You Tube to get a sneak preview. You will not leave a hot mess. There are public restrooms down the hall. Bring your yoga mat if you have one.
